Personal Training - Single Session
$50 per session
Individual Training Sessions available for clients who workout independently but want occasional professional guidance for goals, exercise correction, or attempting personal best.
We firmly believe that fitness is a process and consistency is key so we recommend that most clients commit to a weekly session package.
Personal Training- Four and Eight Sessions Packages
$120 or $240 Per Month ($30 per session)
Four sessions at a discounted rate. This is the most common package our clients purchase. This package is intended to be a weekly session. With one session per week you will have a regular cadence to your workout regime that can help with accountability, motivation, and ultimately completing your goals.
Personal Training- Twelve Sessions Package
$300 ($25 per session)
Eight sessions at a steeply discounted rate. This package is for clients that may not feel comfortable working out on there own yet or advanced clients that are ready to attack their goals. With the increased sessions you have less you will have to do on your own and can feel comfortable that a large part of your fitness journey is done directly with a professional
Online Services
Online Workout Program
Starts at $100.00 per month.
Workout programs written specifically for you. If you are comfortable with working out on your own but still need a structured regime or your just looking to break up your routine, this is for you. I will write a workout plan for one month at a time. You can have as few as one workout per week or up to 5 workouts per week.
I utilize the Trainerize App for my online clients. You will gain access through the app and have your workouts in a format that is easy to access at the gym. Comes with videos and instructions of every exercise. You can input your progress in the app, where I will review your progress once a month and adjust your workouts accordingly.
